How To Add a New Team In Your SendX Account

SendX allows multiple teams to manage their marketing campaigns through one account. This can be extremely useful if you're managing marketing campaigns for multiple businesses or if you're business with multiple teams handling different aspects of your marketing.

Click on the profile icon in the navigation bar.

Select "Switch Team" from the dropdown menu.

In the dropdown, click on "Manage teams."

Scroll down and click the "Create team" button.

In the modal, enter the team name in the provided field.

In the popup, click "Next" after entering the team name "New Team."

In the modal, enter a unique subdomain for your landing page and posts.

Click "Create team" after confirming the subdomain is available.

Close the "Manage teams" modal by clicking the "X" button.

Click on the profile icon in the navigation bar.

Select "Switch Team" from the dropdown menu.

In the navigation bar, click on the profile icon and select the new team you have created to switch to it from the dropdown menu.
