We do support email marketing campaigns for these sectors—but with certain compliance checks in place to ensure alignment with industry regulations and best practices. This guide outlines our internal review process and the standards required to run campaigns in these industries.

Before You Begin

Before launching a campaign in the crypto, CBD, or cannabis space using SendX, please be aware of the following:

  • Your business must be legally compliant in the regions you operate.

  • Your campaigns must meet strict content, list, and domain hygiene guidelines.

  • We do not accept cryptocurrency as a payment method.

  • All accounts from regulated industries go through an internal review process before approval.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Approval & Compliance

1. Internal Checks & Account Review

Each business in a regulated industry will undergo a manual review by our compliance team. We evaluate:

  • The legality of your product or service in target countries

  • The nature and content of your emails

  • Your list-building methods and engagement practices

2. Adhere to List Quality Standards

To maintain strong deliverability and comply with anti-spam laws:

  • Double Opt-In is mandatory for all lists

  • No purchased or scraped lists allowed

  • 🧹 All contacts must be validated using an email verification tool before upload

  • 📊 Maintain bounce, unsubscribe, and spam complaint rates within industry standards

3. Content Requirements

Your email content must be:

  • Text-rich and not image-only

  • Free of spammy or misleading keywords (e.g., “100% guaranteed,” “Buy now”)

  • Aligned with our content guidelines

4. Domain & Sender Requirements

  • Your sender email must be from a business domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com)

  • Sending from free email services like Gmail or Outlook is not permitted

  • The domain must be whitelisted with SendX before sending campaigns

5. Warm-Up for Larger Lists

If your contact list is over 10,000 recipients, a domain and IP warm-up process is required to build sender reputation and maintain deliverability.

Tips & Best Practices

  • ✅ Use reputable email validation tools like NeverBounce or ZeroBounce or Sendverify

  • 💬 Craft helpful, educational, and engaging content to avoid spam filters

  • 📧 Always get explicit consent before emailing contacts

  • 🔍 Monitor performance metrics and stay within thresholds for bounces and complaints

  • 🔐 Ensure all domains used are properly authenticated with Cname, DKIM, and DMARC

Additional Note on Cryptocurrency Clients

We do welcome crypto industry clients on SendX, provided they comply with the guidelines above. However, please note:

We do not currently accept cryptocurrency as a payment method. Please use one of our supported payment options listed at checkout.
