When sending emails using your own domain name, authenticating your domain is crucial to ensure your messages are trusted by email providers and reach your subscribers’ inboxes. Domain authentication helps prevent spoofing, increases deliverability, and builds credibility.
This guide will show you how to whitelist your domain by adding DKIM, and CNAME (Track) records through SendX.
Before You Begin
Before proceeding, make sure you have:
Access to your SendX account
Access to your domain’s DNS settings (through your domain provider like GoDaddy, Google Domains, Cloudflare, etc.)
The domain you want to authenticate is active and correctly pointed
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to SendX
Go to your SendX account.
Navigate to Settings → Domains.
Step 2: Add Your Domain
Click on Add Domain.
Enter the domain you use for sending emails (e.g., yourdomain.com).
Ensure you enter only the root domain (e.g., yourdomain.com) and not the full URL with 'www'
Click Generate Records.
Add Records to Your Domain Provider
Log in to your domain provider (GoDaddy, Google Domains, etc.)
Access the DNS Management section.
For each record:
Select the correct type (TXT or CNAME)
Name / Host: Copy from SendX (e.g.,
