Whitelisting your domain with Google Domains helps authenticate your emails, increasing trust and improving deliverability. This guide walks you through the process of adding the required DNS records—such as SPF, DKIM, and CNAME—to your domain via Google Domains.

Before You Begin

You’ll need the following:

  • Access to your Google Domains account

  • A registered domain within Google Domains

  • DNS records (like DKIM, DMARC or CNAME) have been generated on Sendx

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log in to Google Domains

Step 2: Choose Your Domain

  • Click on "My Domains" and select the domain you want to work with.

Step 3: Go to DNS Settings

  • Click on the DNS tab in the left-hand sidebar.

Step 4: Add DNS Records

  • Scroll down to the Custom Records section.

  • Click Manage Custom Records or Add Record.

  • Choose the record type (TXT DKIM, CNAME for tracking domains).

  • Enter the values exactly as provided by Sendx.

  • Leave TTL as default, or adjust if instructed.

  • Click Save to apply changes.

Step 5: Verify Your Domain

  • Go back to your email platform and click Verify or Authenticate.

  • Allow up to 24 hours for DNS changes to propagate and verification to complete.
