Pop-ups are a powerful tool to turn website visitors into leads by offering them something valuable in exchange for their contact information.

Before You Begin

  • Have a clear idea of the offer you want to promote via the pop-up (e.g., newsletter signup, discount, freebie).

  • Ensure you have access to your website if you plan to embed the pop-up directly.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Create a New Pop-Up

    • From your SendX dashboard, go to Forms > Pop-Ups.

    • Click on Create Form and select Pop-Up.

    • Give your pop-up a name for easy identification.

  2. Define the Goal

    • Choose the specific goal you wish to achieve with this pop-up (e.g., collect Leads, drive sales).

  3. Select a Design

    • Pick from the available design templates based on your campaign style and brand aesthetics.

  4. Customize the Content

    • Fill in the form fields with your preferred headline, description, call-to-action (CTA), and input fields (e.g., name, email).

    • Add any visuals or branding as needed.

  5. Set Display Options

    • Choose when and how the pop-up will appear (e.g., on page load, after a few seconds, exit intent).

  6. Select Visibility Settings

    • Define who should see the pop-up: all visitors, returning users, or based on specific URLs or behaviors.

  7. Configure Redirection

    • Choose where to redirect users after they submit the form (e.g., a thank-you page or custom URL).

  8. Submit and Publish

    • Review all settings and click Submit.

    • Once saved, your pop-up is ready to be embedded or activated on your website.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Keep it simple: Avoid overwhelming users with too many fields or complex offers.

  • Use a strong headline and CTA to encourage engagement.

  • Time your display: Pop-ups triggered after a delay or on exit intent often convert better than instant pop-ups.

  • Test and optimize regularly by checking performance metrics and experimenting with different versions.
