In SendX, you can easily create a list of unsubscribed contacts to ensure they no longer receive your communications.
Before You Begin
Ensure you have access to your SendX dashboard.
You should have permission to create segments and perform bulk actions.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Create a New List
Go to the “Contacts” section in SendX.
Create a new list and give it a recognizable name like Unsubscribers.
Create a Segment of Unsubscribers
Navigate to the “Segments” tab.
Create a new segment with a condition like:
Contacts > UnsubscribedSave the segment.
Add Segment to the List Using Bulk Action
Go to “Automation” > “Bulk Actions.”
Select “Add contacts to list” as your action.
Choose the segment you just created (Unsubscribers).
Select the list you created earlier.
Run the action.
Confirm the List is Populated
Return to the “Lists” section.
Open the Unsubscribers list and confirm that the contacts have been added successfully.
