The Elevated Support Add-on gives you direct access to personalized onboarding help, workflow guidance, and expert answers for your campaign-related questions. This add-on is especially helpful if you're setting up your account, dealing with complex automations, or want faster, hands-on assistance from our support specialists.

Before You Begin

Before getting started, make sure you have:

  • An active SendX account

  • Billing permissions to purchase add-ons

  • Access to the Settings menu

  • A stable internet connection for video support calls

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Finding the Elevated Support Add-on

  1. Click on Settings in the navigation bar.

  2. Select Add-ons from the sidebar.

Scroll through the list and click on Elevated Support.

2. Purchasing and Scheduling Meetings

  1. Select Add-on: Elevated Support (Recurring charge of 225$)

  2. Click Add To Plan

  1. Select the Elevated support addon.

  2. Click Purchase Addon

  1. You’ll be redirected to a secure checkout where you can pay using five different payment methods

  2. After purchase, you’ll be taken to the Billing section, where you can see the Elevated Support add-on listed under your account.

4. Booking a Meeting with Email Support Specialists

  1. Navigate to the Analytics tab.

  2. Click Book a Call.

Choose the 30-minute session option and click Continue to Booking.

Select a convenient day and time for your support call.

Fill in:

  • Your name

  • Email address

  • Additional details describing your issue or goals

Click Confirm to finalize your booking.

5. Accessing Your Meetings

Once your booking is confirmed:

  1. Go to the Analytics tab again.

  2. You will see:

    • Upcoming meetings

    • Access links to join calls
