Keyboard shortcuts let you navigate SendX faster without reaching for your mouse. Instead of clicking through menus, you can jump to any section, open search, or create a new campaign in a couple of keystrokes.
Step 1: Enable the Shortcuts Add-on
Shortcuts are free but need to be turned on before you can use them.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to Settings.
Click Integrations and Add-ons.
Select Add-ons.
Find Shortcuts and toggle it on.
Note: If you try using a shortcut before enabling this add-on, nothing will happen. Make sure the toggle is on first.
Step 2: Open the Shortcut Menu
Once enabled, press ⌘ / (Mac) or Ctrl / (Windows) to open the shortcut menu at any time. This is your reference point for every available shortcut.
Step 3: Use Shortcuts to Navigate
Shortcuts in SendX use sequential key presses, not simultaneous ones. Press the first key, release it, then press the next.

Step 4: Customize Your Shortcuts
You can change any shortcut to a key combination that works better for you.
Open the shortcut menu with ⌘ / or Ctrl /.
Find the shortcut you want to change.
Click on it and set your new key combination.
For example, if you want the shortcut menu to open with ⌘ 0 instead of ⌘ /, just update that entry and you're done. Pressing ⌘ 0 will open it from that point on.
Frequently Asked Questions
I enabled the add-on but shortcuts still aren't working. What should I do? Try refreshing your browser after enabling the add-on. If shortcuts still don't respond, check that the toggle is saved and contact support via the Help menu.
Can I break something by customizing shortcuts? No. Customizing a shortcut only changes how you trigger that action. The underlying feature stays exactly the same.
