Verifying your email is a quick but essential step to activate your SendX account. It ensures your email address is legitimate and allows you to start sending campaigns without restrictions. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the entire SendX email verification process, step by step.

Before You Begin

Make sure:

  • You’ve successfully signed up for a SendX account.

  • You have access to the email inbox you used during registration.

Step-by-Step Instructions

🔹 Step 1: Check Your Inbox

After creating your SendX account, you’ll receive an email verification message from SendX.

🔹 Step 2: Open the Email

Locate the email and open it. It will contain a button labeled “Verify Email.”

🔹 Step 3: Click on "Verify Email"

Click the button. You’ll be redirected to the SendX email verification page.

🔹 Step 4: Complete Verification

On the verification page, simply click the “Continue” button.

🎉 Step 5: You're Verified!

That’s it! Your email is now verified and you can start using your SendX account fully.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Check Spam or Promotions folders if you don't see the email in your inbox. There are a number of variables on both your end and ours that can occasionally lead to emails ending up in spam or promotions folders.

  • Make sure your email provider doesn’t block external images or links, as this may affect the visibility of the Verify button.

  • Whitelist the SendX sender email to ensure you receive future updates and campaign reports.

Troubleshooting / Common Issues

  • Didn’t receive the verification email?
→ Try clicking “Resend Verification Email” from your SendX dashboard.

  • Link expired?
→ The link is time-sensitive. Request a new verification email from your dashboard.

  • Wrong email used during signup?
→ You’ll need to register again with the correct email or contact support to update it.
