Managing templates allows you to keep your email library organized and up to date. With the available actions, you can quickly delete unused templates, duplicate existing ones, and continue editing content without starting from scratch.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you have access to the Templates section.

  • At least one template should already be created.

  • You must have editing permissions for the selected template.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. In the actions column:

  • Click Delete to remove the test demo template (confirmation message will appear).

  • Click Edit to Edit test template.

  • Click Duplicate to create a copy of the test template.

  1. Click Content in the navigation bar to continue editing.

  1. Add or remove elements such as Buttons using the content editor.

  1. Click the Save icon to apply changes.

  • Duplicate templates before making major changes to preserve the original version.
