Instead of relying only on basic “sent” or “opened” metrics, this feature provides deeper visibility into delivery, deferrals, failures, spam filtering, and inbox placement trends. Enabling AI Deliverability Reports helps you understand and improve your email reputation, troubleshoot deliverability issues faster, and maintain consistent inbox placement.
Before You Begin
Before activating the AI Deliverability Reports add-on, ensure you have:
An active SendX account
Access to account settings
A valid payment method (if required for purchasing the add-on)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open the Settings Menu
Click on Settings in the navigation bar.
From the sidebar, select Add-ons.
3. Locate the AI Deliverability Reports Add-on
Scroll through the available add-ons.
Click on AI Deliverability Reports.
4. Purchase the Add-on
Click Purchase AI Deliverability Reports.
You’ll be redirected to a secure checkout where you can pay using five different payment methods
After purchase, you’ll be taken to the Billing section, where you can see the Elevated Support add-on listed under your account.
5. Access Your Reports
Once enabled, you will now be able to view regular, detailed AI-powered reports on your email delivery performance.

Email Status Definitions Processed Emails: Emails accepted by the system and prepared for sending. Dropped Emails: Emails not sent due to issues like suppression, invalid addresses, or policy rules. Sent Emails: Emails successfully handed off to the recipient's mail server.
Delivered Emails: Emails successfully delivered to the recipient's mailbox provider.
Hard-Bounced Emails: Emails that failed permanently due to invalid or non-existent addresses. Soft-Bounced Emails: Emails that failed temporarily due to issues like full inboxes or server unavailability.
Downloading ReportsIn the chart options, click the icon resembling a list to download the reports. You can download them via SVG, PNG, or CSV files.
