Advanced Deliverability Analytics gives you a deeper, more accurate view of how your emails are performing beyond basic campaign statistics. Instead of only seeing aggregate opens and sends, this feature helps you understand where and why delivery issues occur. You can analyze performance across your entire team, review results by mailbox providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft, and even examine domain-level behavior. These insights allow you to fine-tune your sending strategy, improve inbox placement, and maintain a healthy sender reputation.

Analyzing the Report

Once the report is open, you’ll see AI-powered insights and detailed deliverability metrics broken down by mailbox provider—such as Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo—rather than just overall totals. (for example, Gmail throttling vs. Outlook deferrals)

These advanced analytics allow you to:

  • Identify provider-specific delivery issues

  • View soft and hard bounce data per provider, not just in aggregate

  • Track your deliverability health score over time

  • Receive actionable recommendations to address soft bounces

  • Adjust sending volumes at the mailbox-provider level

  • Diagnose warm-up or sender reputation concerns

  • Determine whether issues are caused by list quality or specific mailbox providers
