Before accessing delivery and performance analytics, ensure that:
You have access to the relevant sub-account
Campaigns have already been sent from the sub-account

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access Profile Settings
Click the Profile Icon in the navigation bar.
Select Sub Account from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Customize Sub-Account Metrics
In the sub-account section, click on the sub-account name you wish to view.
In the sub-account modal, check the metrics you want to display.
Soft Bounce: Temporary issue (mailbox full, server rate limit)
Hard Bounce: Permanent failure (invalid email, domain doesn’t exist)
Adjust the metric selection to control which data points appear on the dashboard graph, such as sends, deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces, or complaints.
Stats come with a detailed diagnostic code, allowing you to quickly troubleshoot.
Step 3: Navigate Through Statistics
IP Stats
Click IP Stats in the navigation bar.
View detailed performance of individual IPs, including delivery rates, bounce rates, and engagement trends.
IP Pool Stats
Click IP Pool Stats to analyze how an IP pool is performing under a specific ISP.

Click Reports in the navigation bar.
In the Reports History table, click View under the Actions column.
