Prepare to Import Contacts Before upgrading, ensure you have a full list of the contacts you wish to upload. SendX bases its subscription plans on the number of contacts and email volumes.
Locate the Upgrade Option To begin the upgrade process, log into your SendX account. On the top right corner of your screen, you will see the Upgrade button. Click on it to proceed. Note that this method assumes you are upgrading directly via the SendX interface; other workflows may exist, such as starting with contact importation.
Choose a Subscription Plan After clicking the upgrade option, a list of available subscription plans will be displayed. These plans are based on the number of contacts you wish to import. Review the plans and select the one that fits your needs. It’s important to review pricing based on email volume requirements as well.
Receive and Use the Payment Link After importing contacts, SendX provides a payment link for the selected plan. Follow the link to complete the payment process.
Enter Payment Details Once you've selected a plan, a dialog box will appear prompting you to enter your payment details. Fill in your information, and the system will automatically process the payment. Note that currently, SendX only supports credit and debit card payments, and alternative methods are not available.
