This ensures your emails reach inboxes at the right time—improving open rates, engagement, and the overall user experience—regardless of where your audience is located globally.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure your drip campaign is already created in SendX.

  • Have at least one email in your drip sequence.

  • Be familiar with editing drip settings.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access Your Drip Campaign

    • From your SendX dashboard, navigate to Campaigns > Drip Sequences.

    • Select the drip sequence you want to edit.

  2. Open the First Email in the Sequence

    • Click on the first email (default is usually set to “Send Immediately”).

  3. Set the Time Zone for Delivery

    • In the email settings, you'll see an option to adjust delivery time.

    • Choose the specific time and day you want the email to be delivered.

    • Enable the “Send in Contact’s Time Zone” option.

  4. Save and Activate

    • After setting the time and enabling the time zone feature, click Save.

    • Repeat the process for other emails in the sequence if needed.

    • Once ready, activate the drip campaign.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use this feature for time-sensitive campaigns such as promotions or reminders.

  • Double-check your audience’s time zone data—SendX will fallback to your account time zone if it's missing.

  • Test your drip using a contact with a known time zone to verify the feature works as expected.

  • Monitor open and click-through rates across regions to optimize future sends.
