The Drag and Drop Editor is ideal if you want to design emails easily without any technical effort. The AI powered Editor helps you create and optimize content quickly, while the Plain Text Editor is best suited for sending raw HTML templates or simple plain text emails.
Steps to Change Your Default Email Editor
In the navigation bar, click on the profile icon.
From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
On the settings page, click on the Editor tab.
Select your preferred editor from the available options.
Switching Editors
If you decide to switch to a different editor, you can do so while creating a campaign.
Create a new newsletter. Go to Type and select the editor of your choice.
For example, click the SendX AI Editor option.
Click the Next Design button at the bottom right.
Now you are using the AI-powered editor.
You can always go back and select a different editor if the current one doesn't work for you. For example, select the drag and drop editor option from the list of email editors. Choose a template that fits your needs and you're all set. However if you are duplicating a campaign, you won't be able to change the editor.
