SendX lets you save any campaign's design as a reusable template for future emails. You can also generate a public link to share your campaign content with others, whether for approval, collaboration, or publishing on social media.
β
Why Use These Features
Save as a template when you've created a design you want to reuse. This is ideal for recurring newsletters, branded layouts, or any email format you'll send regularly. Instead of rebuilding from scratch, you can start new campaigns from your saved template.
β
Share your campaign when you need others to review your email content before sending, or when you want to publish your newsletter as web content. The shared link also includes a signup form, so new readers can subscribe directly.
How to Save a Campaign as a Template
You can save a campaign as a template regardless of its state: draft, scheduled, sent, or paused.
Go to your Newsletters or campaign list screen

In the campaign info panel, click Save as Template
The template is saved immediately. Its name will be your campaign name with "Template" added at the end.
To verify your template was saved:

Navigate to Templates
You'll see your newly saved template in the list
From the Templates screen, you can also edit or delete any of your saved templates.
How to Use a Saved Template
When creating a new campaign:

Frequently Asked Questions
What gets saved when I create a template?
The email content and design are saved. Recipient lists, scheduling settings, and campaign-specific details are not included. Templates are just about the visual content.
Can I rename a template after saving it?
Yes. Go to Settings > Templates, find your template, and you can edit its name and content.
Does the shareable link expire?
No. The link remains active permanently. You can share it anytime.
Can I disable the shareable link?
No. Once a campaign exists, its shareable link is always available. If you don't want
content shared, don't distribute the link.
Do subscribers from the shared page go to a specific list?
They're added to your via_newsletter_share_page tag. You can use this tag to create a segment of subscribers who came through shared newsletter pages.

The shared page doesn't provide view analytics. However, you can track how many contacts subscribed through it by filtering for the via_newsletter_share_page tag.
