What You Get During Your Free Trial

Your 14-day trial starts immediately after you complete email verification. You can access all SendX features, including automation, templates, forms, and segmentation.

Trial Limits:

  • 500 contacts (subscribers) maximum

  • 500 total email sends across the entire 14-day period

  • Full access to all platform features

How the Contact Limit Works

You can upload or add up to 500 contacts to your account during the trial. This is a hard limit designed to let you test real campaigns with a sample audience.

What happens if you reach 500 contacts:

  • You cannot add additional contacts unless you upgrade

  • If you delete contacts during the trial, you cannot replace them with new ones

  • The 500-contact cap remains fixed for the trial period

Importing more than 500 contacts: If you upload a CSV file containing more than 500 contacts, SendX will import all contacts into your account, but any campaigns you try to send will be quarantined (held for review) until you upgrade to a paid plan.

How the Email Sending Limit Works

You have 500 total email sends to use across your entire 14-day trial. Each email sent to a contact counts as one send.

Examples:

  • If you send one campaign to 200 contacts, that uses 200 of your 500 sends

  • If you send three campaigns to the same 100 contacts, that uses 300 sends (100 Γ— 3)

  • Test emails sent from the campaign editor do not count toward your limit

What happens when you reach 500 sends: Once you've sent 500 emails, you won't be able to send additional campaigns during the trial. However, you can still access your account, build campaigns, create automation workflows, and explore all other features.

What Happens After 14 Days

On day 15, if you have not upgraded to a paid plan:

  • You will no longer be able to send email campaigns

  • Your account enters a dormant state (locked but not deleted)

  • Your contacts, campaigns, and account data are preserved

  • You can upgrade anytime to reactivate your account and resume sending

Upgrading Your Account

You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after your trial. When you upgrade:

  • All your contacts and campaign history carry over

  • Your sending limits increase based on your chosen plan

  • You gain access to higher contact and email volume

  • There is no interruption to your account setup or data

Common Questions

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The trial is completely free with no payment information required.

Can I create unlimited campaigns during the trial?
Yes. You can create and save as many campaign drafts as you want. The 500-email limit only applies when you actually send campaigns.

What if the same contact receives multiple emails?
Each send counts separately. If one contact receives three different campaigns, that uses three of your 500 sends.

Are there any feature restrictions during the trial?
No. You have full access to automation, segmentation, forms, templates, A/B testing, and all other SendX features.

How long does account setup take?
Email verification is instant. Once you verify your email address, your 14-day trial begins immediately and you can start adding contacts and sending campaigns right away.
