Upgrading converts your free trial to a paid SendX subscription. You'll choose a contact tier and billing interval, then complete payment through Stripe.
When you'll need this
Use this guide if your trial is ending soon and you want to continue using SendX, you exceeded 500 contacts during the trial and need to unlock your team, or you're ready to start sending campaigns at scale.
Step-by-step: Upgrade from trial
Step 1: Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of any SendX page.
Step 2: Select Team Billing from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: In the Base Subscription section, click Upgrade Now.
Step 4: Select a contact tier that fits your expected list size.
Step 5: Choose your billing interval. Monthly or Annual.
Annual billing saves you approximately 25% compared to monthly. For example, the 5,000 contacts plan is $39.99/month or $359.91/year (equivalent to $29.99/month).
Step 6: If you have a coupon code, enter it in the coupon field.
Step 7: Click Upgrade Plan to proceed to payment.
Step 8: On the Stripe payment page, enter your card details.
Step 9: Click Subscribe to complete your purchase.
Step 10: Wait for the confirmation notification. Your subscription is now active.
What happens after you upgrade
Your paid plan starts immediately. The billing cycle anchors to your upgrade date. For example, if you upgrade on January 15, your next billing date will be February 15 (monthly) or January 15 next year (annual).
You'll receive a confirmation email with your invoice. The Team Billing page will now show your active plan details, including your contact limit and renewal date.

SendX offers tiers based on contact count:

Pick a tier that gives you room to grow. You can always upgrade later if your list expands.
Important notes
Annual plans are charged upfront. You pay for 12 months immediately. There are no partial refunds if you cancel mid-year.
Your billing cycle starts on the upgrade date. Not the original trial start date.
Stripe handles all payments. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe. SendX does not have access to your full card number.
Add-ons are separate. Upgrading your contact tier does not automatically enable or disable add-ons. Add-on billing is independent.
Common questions
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. Go to Team Billing β Change Plan, and select the annual billing interval. You'll receive a prorated credit for your remaining monthly period, applied toward the annual charge.
What if my payment fails?
Stripe will retry the charge automatically over the next few days. If all retries fail, your team will lock. Update your payment method to restore access.
Can I use PayPal or other payment methods?
Currently, SendX only accepts credit ,debit cards and amazon pay through Stripe. For any other payment methods PayPal, bank transfers contact support.
I upgraded but my team is still locked. What do I do?
Wait a few minutes. Sometimes there's a brief delay between payment confirmation and team unlock. If it persists beyond 10 minutes, contact support.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. You can view past invoices in Team Billing β Billing History (available in the Stripe customer portal).
