What This Feature Does
The AI Deliverability Advisor is a premium add-on that gives you a detailed, weekly breakdown of how your emails are performing across different mailbox providers like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook.
Instead of seeing just overall numbers, this advisor pinpoints exactly where delivery issues are happening and gives you actionable, plain-language suggestions to fix them. This is incredibly useful when you are seeing higher bounce rates, noticing drops in open rates, or simply want a clearer picture of your sender reputation over time.
Step 1: Enable the AI Deliverability Advisor
The AI Deliverability Advisor is a premium add-on available for $100/month.
To enable it:
Click your profile icon in the top navigation bar.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click on Add-ons in the left sidebar.
Find the AI Deliverability Advisor and toggle it to ON.
Important Scheduling Note: Once enabled, your first report will be generated on the following Monday. Reports are produced automatically every week after that, so you will always have a fresh snapshot of your deliverability without having to run anything manually. You must have sent campaigns before a report can be generated. If you haven't sent any emails yet, your Reports History will be empty.
Step 2: View Your Weekly Deliverability Report
Every Monday, your new insights will be ready for review.
Click your profile icon in the top navigation bar.
Select Settings.
Click Add-ons.
Click on AI Deliverability Advisor.
Select the Analytics tab.
In the Reports History section, find the specific week's report you want to review.
Click the options icon (⋮) next to it, then select View Report.
Step 3: Understanding Your Weekly Report
Once you open a report, you'll see a detailed breakdown of your email deliverability performance for the week. Here is what to look for inside your dashboard:
Provider-Level Breakdown: Performance is split by mailbox provider based on your actual sending data. If you are sending to Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook users, you'll see results for each one separately. Why this matters: A problem with Gmail doesn't always mean a problem with Yahoo, and vice versa.
Soft Bounce Analysis by Provider: The report identifies soft bounces per provider, not just as a combined total. This lets you spot issues—like Gmail throttling your sends or Outlook deferring messages—early enough to act on them.
Recent Improvements: This section highlights the latest positive changes in your performance, so you can see exactly what is trending in the right direction.
Stable Metrics: Metrics that have remained consistent (like open rates) are shown here, giving you confidence that your baseline engagement levels are holding steady.
Actionable Recommendations: Where issues are detected, the report provides plain-language suggestions on what to do next. These might include adjusting your sending volume for a specific provider, reviewing your list quality, or addressing IP warm-up issues.
What You Can Do With These Insights
The AI Deliverability Advisor report is designed to help you quickly answer critical sender questions, such as:
Is my delivery problem coming from one specific provider, or all of them?
Are my bounces a list quality issue, or a sender reputation issue?
Am I recovering from a recent warm-up or reputation problem?
Which provider should my team focus on fixing first?
Best Practice: Use the AI recommendations as your starting point. Small, targeted adjustments—like reducing your sending frequency to a specific provider that's currently throttling you—can make a massive difference in your overall deliverability over time.
(To exit a report, simply click Back to Reports in the top right corner to return to your Reports History list.)
