Exporting contacts from a specific list in SendX allows you to back up your data, analyze it externally, or import it into other tools. This quick guide shows you how to export contacts from a chosen list and download them as a CSV file.
Before You Begin
Ensure:
You have access to the Audience section in your SendX account.
Your email address is set as the admin email, as the export will be sent there.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Go to the Audience Section
Log in to your SendX dashboard and click on Audience in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Navigate to the Lists Tab
Within the Audience section, select the Lists tab to view all your contact lists.
Step 3: Select the Desired List
Click on the list from which you want to export the contacts.
Step 4: Click on Actions
Inside the selected list view, locate and click on the Actions dropdown (
From the dropdown menu, select Export Contacts.
Step 5: Download the CSV File
A download link will be sent to the admin email address associated with your SendX account.
Open the email and click the provided link to download your contact list as a CSV file.
