If you’re looking to move to a lower SendX plan, this guide walks you through the exact steps to do it smoothly. You’ll learn how to check your current usage, choose a smaller plan, and manage any active add-ons or billing changes.
Downgrading doesn’t affect your data or campaigns. It simply adjusts your subscription to better match your current needs and budget.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Review Current Plan

Check your current tier and how many contacts you have.
Confirm that downgrading will not exceed your contact limit.
2. Downgrade Your Plan
Select Team billing and click on “ Change Plan.”
Select the new plan tier that fits your contact count. And click on Update plan.
Confirm payment using your active card.
The billing will display your previous plan,
your currently purchased plan, and the due date.
Important: Downgrades take effect immediately in the system, but billing reflects on the next invoice only.
3. Manage Add-Ons
Click on profile icon → Billing → Active Add-Ons.
Cancel any add-ons you no longer need to stop future billing.
Note: Simply stopping usage of an add-on does not automatically cancel it — you must explicitly cancel the subscription.

Ensure you understand that no prorated refunds are applied for the current 30-day cycle.
