Add-ons in SendX let you expand your Team with extra features or capacity, like adding more contacts, unlocking advanced tools, or accessing specialized capabilities. Each add-on works independently from your main plan and has its own 30-day billing cycle.

This guide explains how add-ons are billed, how to activate or remove them, and what to keep in mind when making changes mid-cycle. Understanding how they work helps you manage your costs effectively.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you have access to your SendX account.

  • Know which add-ons are currently active.

  • Have your payment method ready for adding or upgrading add-ons.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. View Available Add-Ons:

    • Click on the profile icon → Billing.

  • Go to the Add-Ons Section.

  • Review all available options and pricing for each add-on.

  1. Add an Add-On:

    • Click on the profile icon → Billing → Add-Ons Section.

  • Select the desired add-on → Choose the quantity or plan → Click Subscribe / Add.

Confirm the subscription

  • Payment is charged immediately for a 30-day cycle.

  1. Remove or Cancel an Add-On:

    • Click on the profile icon → Billing → Active Add-Ons.

    • Click Cancel on the add-on you no longer need.

Confirm the cancellation of your subscription.

Add a reason for cancellation and submit.

The add-on will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  1. Manage Mid-Cycle Changes:

    • Click on the profile icon → Billing → Active Add-Ons.

    • Adding or removing an add-on mid-cycle does not prorate automatically.

    • New add-ons start a fresh 30-day billing cycle.

    • Removing an add-on stops the next cycle charge but does not refund the current period.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Keep track of which add-ons are active to avoid duplicate charges.

  • Only add features that are actively required to prevent overspending.

  • Regularly review your billing page to ensure subscriptions align with your needs.

  • For any discrepancies, contact SendX support immediately for guidance.

Conclusion

Understanding how add-ons work helps you stay in control of both your budget and your marketing strategy. As your needs shift — maybe your audience grows, or you decide to test new tools — you can adjust your account without committing to a full plan change. Add-ons let you scale up when opportunities appear and scale back when priorities change.

By keeping track of billing cycles and managing add-ons proactively, you ensure that every feature you pay for directly supports your goals. In the long run, this approach keeps your SendX account efficient.
