Add-ons extend SendX with specialized features like list cleaning, dedicated IPs, and inbox testing. This guide walks you through subscribing to add-ons and canceling them when you no longer need them.
When you'll need this
Use this guide when you want to enable a new add-on feature, you need to cancel an add-on you're no longer using, or you want to understand the add-on subscription process before committing.
How to subscribe to an add-on
Step 1: Navigate to Team Billing
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Team Billing" from the dropdown menu:
Step 2: Click "Add Add-on"
In Your Team Addons section, click on "Add Add-on":
Step 3: Select your add-on
In the modal, browse the available add-ons and select the one you want. For example, to select List Cleaning:
Step 4: Review pricing details
Before confirming, review the base plan details:
Check the overage cost details as well:
Step 5: Click "Add Addon"
Once you've reviewed the details, click the "Add Addon" button:
Step 6: Review amount due and complete payment
You'll see a summary of the amount due today:
If you need to update your payment method, click "Change" next to the card information:
Click "Subscribe" to complete your purchase:
Step 7: Confirmation
You'll see a confirmation that your payment was received and the subscription is being activated:
Viewing your enabled add-ons
After subscribing, you can view your enabled add-ons in the Addons section:
Under "Enabled," click on the add-on to view its details:
How to cancel an add-on
To cancel an add-on you no longer need:
Go to Team Billing from your profile menu
Find the add-on in the Your Team Addons section
Click the Cancel button
Important notes about cancellation
For Prepaid add-ons, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll continue to have access until then.
No partial refunds. If you cancel mid-cycle, you won't receive a refund for the remaining days.
Postpaid add-ons, cancel immediately and charge for untill usage. If you used a postpaid add-on before canceling, you'll be charged for that usage when you canceled.
You can re-subscribe anytime. If you change your mind, simply follow the subscription steps again.
Common questions
Can I subscribe to multiple add-ons at once?
Yes, but you need to add them one at a time. Each add-on requires its own subscription process.
Will I be charged immediately when I subscribe?
For prepaid add-ons, yes. The amount is prorated based on where you are in your billing cycle. For postpaid add-ons, you're charged the base amount only and any overage usage charge at the end of the billing cycle based on usage done.
What happens to my data if I cancel an add-on?
Your data remains in SendX. For example, if you cancel List Cleaning, any contacts you've already cleaned stay cleaned. You just won't be able to run new cleaning jobs.
Can I pause an add-on instead of canceling?
No, SendX doesn't currently offer a pause option. You need to cancel and re-subscribe later if needed.
How do I know which add-ons I have?
Go to Team Billing and look at the Your Team Addons section, or visit the Addons page to see which features are enabled.
